Short Film Focus: Wasp

The 2003 Oscar-winner, Wasp is a searing and intimate portrait of a single mother and her four children in modern-day Britain.

So you want to make movies, do you? Feature films? You’re “realistic” though at least: you don’t want to helm the latest super-hero franchise, but you’d prefer to be able to make small, personal films on modest budgets. She won a 1992 Academy Award for costume design for Bram Stoker’s Dracula.
